In view of that, the area was designed with two functional zones in mind, one in the north with a spa and themed areas along the waterfront, and one in the south with a hotel, rental homes, and a reaction zone.

The project's primary goal was to transform the area into a recreational area with a hotel complex and a spa.

The complex's interior features a number of pools, baths, and thermae, as well as a hotel, restaurants, a VIP block with separate spa areas, a system of wellness and treatment rooms, and an artificial river for moving around. Sports courts and a jogging path connected to the surrounding area can be accessed on the roof.
