The public area of the square on the stylobate is accessible via broad stairs
from Ulitsa 1812 Goda Street. With over five meters of elevation, access from the street (including for limited-mobility persons) is provided through a separate lobby with an elevator and evacuation stairs that go from the terrain level to the square on the stylobate.

The design solutions include covering the roadway with a stylobate and creating a private courtyard space at the second floor level. The square is surrounded by two-story structures, which enhances the feeling of privacy. The square is divided into three zones: the public area, featuring a decorative pool in the middle and surrounded by rental property storefronts; the lobby entrance area; and the private area with rich greenery, surrounded by apartments, some of which come with separate entrances from the street.

Rental space is located outside, on the complex's lower floors, and technical facilities are positioned along the road beneath the stylobate, only offering technical exits. Offices are located on floors 2 through 10, apartments occupy higher floors, and floor 13 features penthouses.
