The façades facing the courtyard are formed by recessed balconies and represent a regular grid, gradually turning into an irregular one on the outer façades.
The end façades are slightly curved, giving the building a graceful outline. The narrow stripes of vertical windows enhance the effect.
The plot also features a two-story building with a children's educational center and retail shops. Its street-facing façade curves uniformly with the residential building’s end façades and is also clad with smooth metal. This approach creates visual similarity between the two buildings when seen from the street, forming a holistic image of the complex.
This effect is achieved with the help of finishing materials: regular façades only use clinker tiles; elements of light/smooth and dark/perforated metal are gradually added in a chaotic order, disrupting the façade's regular structure.
The residential building with an L-shaped footprint consists of two sections.
