There is also a two-story building with a children's educational center and retail premises on the site. Its faсade, facing the street, curves similarly to the end faсades of a residential building and is also trimmed with smooth metal. This technique visually unites the two buildings from the side of the street, which forms a single image of the complex.

This effect is achieved by using finishing materials: regular facades use only clinker tiles and gradually add elements of light smooth and dark perforated metal in a chaotic order, destroying the clear structure of the facade.
The residential building consists of two sections and has an L-shape in plan.
The end facades are slightly curved, which gives the building a graceful silhouette. The narrow bands of vertical windows on these facades enhance this effect.
The facades of the courtyard are formed by loggias and represent a regular grid, which gradually turns into an irregular one on the outer facades of the building.
