The spa center is located within the hotel complex and can be accessed without leaving the interior. The pool provides a view of the courtyard green area. The second floor houses the restaurant with its sizable summer terrace. The lobby bar's loading area and utility rooms are on the first floor.
The property comes equipped with athletic facilities and playgrounds.

The main hotel building, featuring the front entrance and surface parking, is situated at the area's entrance. The cottage area can be accessed via a separate approach; the area itself comes complete with a barbecue and a recreation area with access by personal vehicle for unloading or dropping off personal belongings.
